Application Adapters are out-of-the-box connectors that integrate third-party platforms into the io.Connect ecosystem, enabling them to participate as first-class citizens in interop workflows.

How Adapters Work
Adapters wrap third-party APIs in the io.Connect communication protocol. Once configured, a third-party app can publish and subscribe to Shared Contexts, participate in Channel linking, respond to Intents, and register Interop Methods — just like any native io.Connect app.
